Working with me
I'm a highly trained, experienced BACP Accredited Counsellor but also someone with plenty of lived experience. I know life isn't always straightforward, and I believe that our experiences (both the painful and meaningful ones) shape who we become.
Like all of us, my own life experiences have shaped who I am.
My passion is helping people make sense of their experiences through Attachment-Focused Counselling. One of the most rewarding parts of supporting my clients is seeing them understand how their early relationships and life experiences have shaped the way they see themselves and relate to others.
Counselling is about helping you understand yourself with greater compassion, recognise the patterns that no longer serve you, and develop new ways of relating to yourself and others. It's about giving you the confidence and tools to navigate life's challenges long after our work together has ended.
I don't believe people need more advice. I believe they need a counsellor who will help them make sense of themselves.
